WVSU, a fashion brand under Peachsowealth Co., Ltd., is the legal distributor of all its products, with every item adhering to proper licensing and regulatory requirements. The product details and information displayed across all social media channels are accurate and based on the data provided by the manufacturer. The product images presented aim to closely represent the actual items to the best extent possible. However, slight discrepancies in color or appearance may occur due to individual device displays.

- The prices listed for each product include a 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude additional costs, such as shipping fees.
- Shipping fees depend on the destination, country, and product weight.

Return/exchange policy? I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do? I've received a faulty item, what should I do?
Please record a video while unboxing the package as proof of receiving all items as ordered. The company does not accept returns or exchanges for cash, except in cases of defective or damaged products due to manufacturing errors, which will be reviewed case by case.

Eligible Cases:
1. "Wrong product received", not matching the order or payment confirmation.
2. "Defective or damaged product received", unusable upon arrival.
Return and Exchange Period:
  • International orders: within 7 days of receipt.
  • Thailand orders: within 7 days of receipt.
    (Shipping must be processed through the company's system.)

Conditions:
  • Inspection takes 17 business days after receiving the return.
  • Products must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags and accessories intact.
  • Returns for used products due to dissatisfaction will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges must be for products of equal value; if higher, the customer pays the difference.
  • Failure to return within the specified time will result in denial of exchange.
  • If the exchange product is out of stock or discontinued, a refund will be issued for the product value only (excluding shipping), within 14 business days.
    The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges if conditions are not met "Eligible Cases".

How long does it take for the product to be shipped?

- Delivery time based on the destination and specific shipping regulations of each country :

  • Within Thailand: 3-7 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Remark : Packing process will take 3-5 business days after order placement and payment completed 

SUMMER STOFF COLLECTION
1. Is the product limited in quantity?
Answer: The products will be available for purchase until we ran out of stock. However, the Special Gift Set is limited to only 220 orders per sales channel ( Total is 440 orders for both selling channels).

2. Does the minimum spending requirement of 4,500 ฿ / 1,188 ¥ per receipt include shipping fees?
Answer: The amount of 4,500 THB / 1,188 RMB refers to the total price of the products only *not include shipping fees*
eg; Total product price is 4000, shipping fees 500 = 4500 THB > Will not get Special Gift Set

3. How can I receive the Special Gift Set?
Answer: To receive the Special Gift Set, your order must meet the minimum spending requirement and payment must be completed within the first 220 orders of each sales channel. Orders placed without payment confirmation will not be eligible to get the Special Gift Set.

4. Shipping time
Answer: The items are ready-to-ship and not pre-order.
- Orders placed through the Website will be shipped out approximately 35 business days after the order date 10.05.2025
- Orders placed through Taobao will be shipped out approximately 15 business days after 10.05.2025
