WVSU, a fashion brand under Peachsowealth Co., Ltd., is the legal distributor of all its products, with every item adhering to proper licensing and regulatory requirements. The product details and information displayed across all social media channels are accurate and based on the data provided by the manufacturer. The product images presented aim to closely represent the actual items to the best extent possible. However, slight discrepancies in color or appearance may occur due to individual device displays.

- The prices listed for each product include a 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude additional costs, such as shipping fees.
- Shipping fees depend on the destination, country, and product weight.

Return/exchange policy? I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do? I've received a faulty item, what should I do?
Please record a video while unboxing the package as proof of receiving all items as ordered. The company does not accept returns or exchanges for cash, except in cases of defective or damaged products due to manufacturing errors, which will be reviewed case by case.

Eligible Cases:
1. "Wrong product received", not matching the order or payment confirmation.
2. "Defective or damaged product received", unusable upon arrival.
Return and Exchange Period:
  • International orders: within 7 days of receipt.
  • Thailand orders: within 7 days of receipt.
    (Shipping must be processed through the company's system.)

Conditions:
  • Inspection takes 17 business days after receiving the return.
  • Products must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags and accessories intact.
  • Returns for used products due to dissatisfaction will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges must be for products of equal value; if higher, the customer pays the difference.
  • Failure to return within the specified time will result in denial of exchange.
  • If the exchange product is out of stock or discontinued, a refund will be issued for the product value only (excluding shipping), within 14 business days.
    The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges if conditions are not met "Eligible Cases".

How long does it take for the product to be shipped?

- Delivery time based on the destination and specific shipping regulations of each country :

  • Within Thailand: 3-7 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Remark : Packing process will take 3-5 business days after order placement and payment completed 

Shipping Policy
  • Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, email, and shipping address.
    For international shipping, the address must be in English.
  • Shipping details can be reviewed and modified before order confirmation.
    After confirmation, the company reserves the right to decline any changes.
  • Ensure the correct destination country is selected, as this affects shipping fees. Fees depend on the destination and product weight.

  • For international orders, customers may need to handle customs duties or additional fees and may be required to collect the product themselves depending on some countries. Company will provide receipts for customs purposes via LINE Official: @wvsu.
  • The company is responsible only for orders and shipments processed through companys system. Any damages or loss during shipment via third-party carriers (such as through personal couriers) are not the companys responsibility.
  • In case of damage, defect, or loss during shipping, customers can file a claim directly with the shipping company or contact LINE Official: @wvsu
  • The company is responsible for product damage or defects within 7 days (Must meet Eligible Cases in Return and Exchange Policy)
    - International orders: within 7 days of delivery.
    - Domestic orders (Thailand): within 7 days of delivery.
    Based on the delivery status from the shipping company (shipment must be processed through the companys system only).
  • If a product is returned due to failed delivery, customers are responsible for reshipping costs.
